We take all our orders by mail but welcome you to call up with any enquiries or to confirm delivery costs.
Bespoke requirements (Please call for details)
If you require a bespoke fitting to a panel you can simple send us a drawing with your cheque payment, or speak to us in advance on the phone if you need any advice or guidance.
Payment
We typically request a 25% deposit payment via cheque made payable to our manufacturing company “Bridledene”, the remainder is then paid by cheque prior to dispatch or cash on delivery across our local area of Kent. Orders must be paid in full before delivery is completed!
Delivery
We deliver via courier across the UK. Orders up to six panels cost from £45 for local delivery, for larger orders discounts usually apply so please give us a call to confirm. Estimated delivery times can be given and customers will be notified prior to dispatch.
Quality guarantee
We guarantee that our products will reach you in perfect condition, if any of our panels arrive damaged or with faulty workmanship just let us know within seven days and we will offer a full refund or making good. We only guarantee meeting your written order; if the original order omitted any details we cannot be held responsible for that, so please check your written order carefully!
