Counterbalance hatches sliding hatches
Our sliding hatch is the ultimate in design and function. The sliding panel is of cavity wall construction with sealed air gap using the same principle of sealed double glazing. The panel is fabricated as a 1/2 “ (12mm) box tube frame with galvanized steel sheet sealed to it both sides with a polyurethane sealant. The panel slides up and down within a strong very rigid framework that fixes either to a wall or to a panel (as shown). The frame cannot flex and so gives a smooth rattle free operation regardless of how uneven the wall surface is. The heat insulation factor of this design is far superior to a single steel sheet or solid plastic sheet. The hatch is operated via pulleys and a counter balance weight for ease of operation. The balance weight has a locking screw in order to be able to lock the hatch partially open for small dogs in cold weather. The counterbalance slide bar can be bolted to a wall or fixed to a mesh panel (as shown). The hatch frame is 48”H x 20” W with an opening of 27”x 18”. With a choice of finishes prices start at £175.

Sleeping benches

Our benches use ‘stock board’ – a recycled extremely hard wearing almost chew proof and totally waterproof plastic board; it can be easily removed for washing. The board sits flush within a galvanized steel frame which prevents chewing at the edges; the legs are 4” (100mm) high to keep the bed free from potential wet or draught. £ P.O.A

Folding play pens
They consist of 8 panels (1 with a door) which are hinged so that they can be folded away for easy storage. The panels are approximately 24” (0.61m) wide and are zinc plated.
