Panel frames

1"x 1" (25mm) box tube with horizontal centre bracing on all panels over 4ft high. Vertical bracing on all panels over 6ft long. Frames drilled universally for bolting panels together with galvanised nuts and bolts supplied. All panels stand on 1" legs to provide a wash-down gap, this can be omitted on part solid sheeted dividing panels required to sit flush to the ground. Sloping dividing frames can also be manufactured to accommodate a sloping roof to the pen.

 

Raised Enclosures

For reduced backache and much easier access when cleaning cattery enclosures can be designed on legs raising them 2-3ft from the floor.

 

Sloping side panels for roof support £21

74” high panels can be manufactured with one end higher or lower to provide a slope for fitting roof trusses. The slope is not a bolt on but an optional feature of the design. Brackets are welded to the slope to fix iron roof purlins for fixing your roof sheet. A bolt on option for current enclosures is also available for £32 - £42.

 

Sloping side panels for ground slopes £21

A bottom slope can be fabricated into the panel so that it sits flush on a sloping surface

 

Mesh

Welded at 4” intervals to box tube frame, all cut ends are individually welded.

 

Solid galvanised sheets and Sheet Plastic Panels

20 guage pre galvanised sheet chemically bonded, reinforced with bracing bars and rivets and mastic sealed, available in 20", 39", 48" and 74" heights, ideal for side panel dividers or as a draught excluder for the door.

 

Gates

25" wide with fully welded hinges and padlock side bolt. A handhold 5" x 3" gives access to the bolt from inside the enclosure. Gate bolt 12mm diameter; hinge pins 10mm diameter. Standard gate geometry is for the gate to be positioned on the left hand side of the panel and hinged on the right hand side of the gate to open inwards, please specify when ordering if you require an alternative arrangement, we can also create centre gated panels.
